I just love pleasing our customers. What a great team that we have put together. Thanks all my employees for their hard and exceptional outstanding work!
I can’t say enough positive things about Dale, Bill Franklin, Kathy Hogue, and the rest of the team. All 3 crews that worked our project were truly professional individuals (and they were tested at times, more on that later).
To start, I got quotes from 4 different contractors in the area. Due to project constrictions, 2 of them told me they didn’t have the equipment to take on this project. The other 2 were Dale and another that I won’t name (because he was very professional too and this review is about my experience with Dale). Ironically, the other 3 contractors were trained by and once worked for Dale. I can say that even if all 4 had the ability to complete this project, I would have gone with Dale.
The reason for my decision was simple...Kathy Hogue. While all contractors were eager to field my initial call, It was often hard to have follow up conversations because they were so busy. Kathy’s main job is remain in constant contact with the customer throughout the initial phases of the project (permitting, etc.). This put me at ease from the start.
Anyone who has ever dealt with construction projects knows that the permitting process can be arduous. I would often question why, and what’s taking so long?!?! Thank God they permitted to “T.” Halfway through construction an over-zealous neighbor threatened to “go down to the county and put a halt to this.” He did go to the county, and they promptly told him there was nothing he could do. Glad we didn’t cut corners in the permitting process! And sorry to the crews that had to deal with this person for weeks on end, hence the previous professionalism comment.
Finally, the results look amazing. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Thank you again Dale, Bill, Kathy, and everyone else with DMC. You did a wonderful job and I highly recommend you. It was a pleasure doing business. Hope your still around in 30 years when I’ll need this replaced!
