We are expanding our team at Dale’s Marine Construction. As a maritime construction business, the projects we build or repair require a lot of hard work and ability to work outdoors daily.

We stand by our products and make sure each of our employees is skilled and knowledgeable. Our leadership team and other team members work alongside new employees as they learn how to do DMC-specific projects.

We would love for you to come by the office, learn more about our company, and fill out an application. However, we also understand that completing an in-person application may not be feasible for some applicants. We are now providing an online application option.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS - CREW MEMBERS

The available positions are for crew members and will involve the construction of docks, boathouses, seawalls, etc.

  • Employees must drive to the jobsite every day. We do not convene at the office each morning. Reliable transportation is required.
  • Building boathouses requires getting up on scaffolding; therefore, crew members must not be afraid of heights.
  • Building docks requires getting in the water many days. It is advised employees know how to swim.
  • Experience in construction / framing is desired, but not required.
  • Most tools are provided by our company, but some tools are required to be provided by the employee such as tape measure, hammer, speed square, etc.
  • We work 40 hour works weeks plus some overtime, weather depending.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain (at times), etc.
