Our leadership team has decades of experience in marine construction and operations management, and the majority of our field management and foreman personnel have been with the company for more than 10 years.

Furthermore, Dale’s Marine Construction does NOT sub-contract our work. You will always have a team of our skilled craftsman working on your job-site, no matter how big or small.

Bill Franklin joined Dale’s Marine Construction in 2004, and he has been an integral part of the leadership team since that time. Having more than 40 years of management experience, Bill understands the importance of leading by example and exercising a strong work ethic to enhance employee morale and the overall success of a business.

As the general manager, he is directly responsible for operational and financial management. Some of his duties include visiting all project sites to ensure adherence to the strict construction standards expected by not only Dale’s Marine Construction, but also through federal, state, and local regulations.
